Description

The bodice front features a heart shaped neckline. Choose spaghetti shoulder straps or optional ties for a halter style dress. It closes in the back with two snaps.
The skirt is a circle skirt with 7 lovely pleats. This dress will make you want to twirl!
The pattern also includes instructions for making a belt out of satin ribbon.

- Fine point disappearing ink fabric marker or chalk marker
- 6” of 1 4” satin ribbon for the belt
- One 1 4” (6mm) buckle or decorative button
- Turning tool: Small safety pin, bobby pin, or loop turner
- Seam sealant
- Optional: Spray starch
