      • 3 yds wide by 6” tall wide stiff tulle (I used the small roll found at craft stores)
      • 1 ½ yds wide by 5 ½” tall (x2) of contrast tulle soft mesh
      • 36” of ribbon
      • Small piece of felt for dots
