A note from the designer, Karen Wadsworth: I ve always loved dolls. I grew up with 11-1 2-inch fashion dolls, and when I first began sewing the first real pattern I ever used was a commercial pattern created to fit them. Much later in life I began sewing for 18-inch dolls, and as my involvement in the doll world grew I discovered articulated dolls. I was charmed. They re so much fun to pose and dress! When Kathe Kruse and Sonja Hartman created Kruseling® dolls I truly felt like I d come full circle, fashion doll-sized AND articulated, too! Recommended Fabrics:  Options 1 & 2: ¼ yd. of light to semi-medium weight woven fabrics such as quilter s cotton, lightweight denim, chintz, chambray, or corduroy for the RIGHT side Main Fabric; lightweight fabric such as lawn or batiste for the Lining. Not suitable for stretch fabrics. Bonus tee shirt: Lightweight knit with a two-way stretch of about 15% up to approximately 30%.
